Our Human Resource department is responsible for all matters regarding our staff. The goal is to create and develop the best framework for a high productivity and commitment as well as the best possible satisfaction and motivation of our employees. This is reached through extensive personnel development measures and effective, targeted recruiting.

The tasks of the HR department

  • Planning of personnel requirements and costs
  • Planning, processing and coordination of recruiting measures
  • Onboarding of new staff members
  • Planning, support in processing and organisation of personnel development measures
  • Planning and organisation of further education and training measures
  • Support in the preparation of papers and documents
  • Support in the development of HR marketing activities
  • Personnel management
  • Planning and organisation of personnel controlling in close collaboration with the Management Board and the Controlling department
