Job description

As an expert in this field, you are responsible for the (further) development and implementation of an integrated HR marketing strategy. Among other things, you will be in charge of the management and development of our Trainee Program and other training opportunities we offer, the organisation of events as well as the support, coordination and expansion of cooperations with schools as well as other partners. Furthermore, you will develop and plan online and offline marketing activities and contribute to strengthening the employee satisfaction and and retention.

Your strengths and qualifications


  • You are an open, communicative personality and you like to work in a young, multicultural team.
  • You are creative, flexible, motivated and you appreciate a wide variety of assignments.
  • You have a good sense for content creation (text and graphics) for different platforms online and offline - in German and in English.
  • You have a talent for conceptual thinking and very good organisational skills.


  • You have a completed diploma in the fields of HR, Communication or Marketing.
  • You already had the chance to gain 1-2 years experience in the field of (HR-) Marketing.
  • You good skills of Social Media and Digital Marketing.
  • You are up to date with relevant (HR-) Marketing methods and strategies.
  • You are highly familiar with MS Office as well as with Adobe Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator.
  • You are fluent in Germand and English.
