Job description

As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for the support of existing customers as well as for the acquisition of new customers. You will analyse and monitor your target market and you will work directly on new strategies to develop our market position. Within your target market, you will expand your sales area by applying diverse sales activities. Furthermore, you will negotiate prices and conditions and close logistic contracts with our business partners. Finally, you make sure that your customers are satisfied and extend your cooperation further.

Your strengths and qualifications


  • You are an open, communicative personality and you have good negotiation skills
  • You enjoy being in contact with customers and to meet them personally on business trips
  • You are self-motivated, flexible and result-driven as well as success oriented and you like to work self-directed 
  • Your work style is characterized by a high degree of entrepreneurial thinking
  • You enjoy working in a young, dynamic, multicultural team


  • You have a strong sales talent and have already gained several years of professional experience in customer service, sales or similar positions
  • You speak German and English, additional languages are a plus
  • You have a basic knowledge of contract law
  • You have knowledge of the logistics industry (not necessarily the transport logistics of a spedition)
  • You have a car driving license

For the position as a Key Account Manager in full-time we offer a minimum gross annual salary of 30.000,-. Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and work experience.
