Job description

As an IT system administrator, you are not only responsible for the administration and support of our internal network and the entire server landscape, but also for the further development and security of our entire IT landscape. In addition, you support our employees with all questions regarding technical matters directly at the end-user workstations and are responsible for general IT support in our company.

Your strengths and qualifications


  • Administration, further development and maintenance of Windows servers and user systems
  • User support with problem analysis and development of sustainable solutions
  • Conception and integration of system guidelines
  • Development, conception and implementation of new IT solutions in the company
  • Virtualisation of server systems


  • You are open, communicative and enjoy working in a team.
  • You are reliable and complete your tasks in a goal-oriented and responsible manner.
  • You are flexible and like to work independently.


  • You have successfully completed your training and ideally already have professional experience as a system administrator.
  • You have a sound knowledge of TCP/IP networks, firewall/VPN and LAN components.
  • You are familiar with MS Windows operating systems and Windows servers (Exchange, Active Directory) and have experience in their maintenance.
  • You have good knowledge of virtualisation (VM Ware), terminal server solutions (Citrix) and have already worked with CISCO network components and CISCO Callmanager.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken English.
Our offer

The minimum salary for this position starts at € 40,000 per year based on full-time employment (40 hours per week). The actual gross salary depends on education, relevant work experience and qualification. There is a willingness to overpay.

Payment is based on the collective agreement - the actual gross salary depends on training, relevant work experience and qualifications. There is a willingness to overpay.
