Job description

You are responsible for your team of Supplier Managers from different regions in Europe. In addition, you will demand defined targets from employees based on key figures and act as a coordinator between departments from Transport Management and Supplier Management. In addition to the management activities, you will also take over a defined territory and perform the following activities. You are responsible for the support of our existing carriers as well as for the acquisition of new carriers. By organizing supplier events and business trips as well as other carrier marketing activities, you strengthen the relationships with our carriers and expand our pool of carriers in a targeted manner. You negotiate conditions with carriers, process carrier contracts and are responsible for their control.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have already gained some leadership experience.
  • You speak not only English but also at least one Eastern language (Slovak, Czech, Romanian and/or Polish preferred).
  • If you have basic knowledge of German, that is a plus.
  • You have already gained experience in logistics or are motivated to give your career path a new direction.
Our offer

The minimum salary for this position, depending on qualifications and professional experience, is € 3.000 gross per month. Your annual salary is made up of the basic salary plus a performance-related, variable bonus. You will receive this after completing your trainee program.
