Job description

As a service Employee in our Intermodal department, you are the contact person for intermodal transport solutions - both for our external business partners and for our in-house dispatchers. You will also strengthen relationships with our existing partners and thus expand our network. After completing your training, you will be independently responsible for the organisation, implementation and follow-up of all intermodal transport within your area.


  • Independent planning and scheduling of our customers' transport orders
  • Reliable coordination of the smooth running of transport operations
  • Processing all operational customer enquiries (by telephone/e-mail) and order processing
  • Contact person and interface for internal company departments
  • Regular dialogue with contracted service providers and customers
  • Strengthening and expanding the intermodal network
  • Ensuring quality, both internally and externally
Your strengths and qualifications


  • You have good German and English language skills, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
  • You have graduated school or completed education, ideally in the commercial/logistics field,
  • You have knowledge of intermodal transport
  • Standard use of MS Office
  • You are communicative and have a strong assertiveness
  • You enjoy working in a young, dynamic and multicultural team
  • You are committed, flexible and take ownership for your tasks and region

Das Jahresgehalt für diese Position beträgt 35.000 € brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Eine Überzahlung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
