YOUR TASK

As Sales Manager, you are the first point of contact for our new as well as existing customers and responsible for their consulting and support, including ongoing business expansion. Your tasks include:

• From identifying potential new customers to contacting them to successfully selling our services
• Development of customer specific solutions & customer projects around logistics
• Acquisition of additional business with existing customers
• Close coordination with the operational areas and tender management team
• Networking and Customer visits in your assigned area

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or University Graduation in related field of study
• You have relevant sales experience in other freight forwarding companies (Intermodal/Charter/FTL)
• You are fluent in written and spoken business Italian and English, a third European language is advantageous
• You have excellent MS Office skills
• You have analytical thinking, an affinity for numbers and an understanding of key figures
• You have a driver's license for a car
• A valid work permit for Italy is a prerequisite for this position (non-EU citizens: attach work permit to application).
