We are a fast growing family business and specialist in pan-European transportation with focus on Intermodal and FTL. YOUR TASKS:

In the position of a Dispatcher you will support existing customers and act as their primary point of contact in our company. Furthermore, you will establish and expand your business network by acquiring new customers and strengthening the relationships with our partners. After having completed your training, you will be fully responsible for the organization and supervision of European road transports in your designated geographical area. Your tasks include:

  • Independent planning and scheduling of land transport (round trip/charter)
  • Purchase and sale of cargo space as well as complete handling of organization and transport planning
  • Development of customer specific solutions & customer projects

  • You are an open, communicative person and with strong communication skills
  • You are committed, flexible and take ownership for your tasks and region
  • You enjoy working in a young, dynamic and multicultural team

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have very good Spanisch and English language skills (C1+ preferred). German or Italian language skills are an advantage.
  • You have graduated school or completed university education, ideally in the commercial/logistics field, or 1-2 years of professional experience.
  • Ideally, you have practical experience in the transport industry or in customer service.
Our offer

WE OFFER

The remuneration for the offered position is based on the collective agreement. An overpayment is negotiable and depending on qualification, experience and performance. The annual salary is consisting of fixed and variable components (performance bonus) and is starting from € 40,000 (gross amount). After an internally defined training period and upon achievement of targets, the salary components will increase accordingly.
