As a specialist in Claims management, you serve as the internal and external point of contact for questions regarding damages and insurance. Additionally, you are the primary contact person for claims in internal audits.


  • Handling all damage claims for all transportation areas in coordination with the responsible parties/insurers/service providers.
  • Processing CMR (Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road) damage cases for specified sub-areas/divisions.
  • Conducting regular meetings on damage cases with the affected divisions and management.
  • Independently reviewing and approving damage invoices.
  • Establishing a damage database including corresponding documentation/statistics.

  • You are familiar with complex issues as well as precise & detailed work


  • You have completed your schooling or university education, ideally in the commercial/logistics field, or have 1-2 years of professional experience.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1 level).
  • Ideally, you have practical experience in a similar role in the transportation industry.
  • A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: Please include your work permit with your application).
  • Legal understanding and analytical qualities are desired.
Our offer


The salary for the specified position is based on the collective agreement. Overpayment is possible. Depending on qualifications, experience, and performance, a salary starting from €2,800 (gross) is possible..
