We take it for granted, that we can just go to a shop and buy whatever we want. However, before we as consumers can do that, the products first have to find their way to the shops. And that's exactly what you're responsible for as a Transport Manager. But not only the planning and organisation as well as the selection of suitable means of transport and the optimisation of the transportation routes are part of your tasks. You are as well responsible for the successful selling of our services.

You are the contact person for customers, hauliers and suppliers. Through building new networks and relationships, you recognize changes and develop your market according to them.

Since you cannot follow up every single one of your transports personally, you work a lot via telefone to enable a proactive communication. That's how you are able to guarantee a well organised and structured planning as well as an ideal transport procedure.

Your strengths and qualifications


  • You are an open-minded, communicative personality and you have good negotiation, organisational and communication skills.
  • With your professional and experienced attitude you manage difficult situations without any problems.
  • You are motivated, passionate when it comes to sales and you are highly self motivated and creative.

  • You are dynamic, flexible and you fulfil your tasks independently.

  • You are fluent in Italian, English and German.
  • You have a completed school diploma or university degree, ideally with a background in economics/business /logistics, or 1-2 years work experience.
  • You have good computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ideally you have work experience in the fields of logistics or customer service.

We offer an attractive salary, extended practice-oriented training in an international field that lasts several months, and an informal, multinational atmosphere to work in.

For the position as a Transport Manager in full-time we offer a minimum gross salary of € 1.573,07 per month. Overpayment is possible depending on qualifications and work experience.
