YOUR TASKS

• Decentralized management of a business unit consisting of up to 30 employees from the European region
• Independent management and further development of the business unit
• Strategy, conception, planning, & realization of further sustainable projects
• Development and expansion of the individual traffics
• Further development and promotion of the employees in the team
• Responsibility for figures and budget
• Further development of existing systems and process optimization
• Member of the management level within the Transped Group

YOUR PROFILE

• Potential to take over a European management position
• Well-founded, several years of operational professional experience in the logistics industry
• Confident IT application skills
• Distinct analytical and communicative competence
• Independent and structured way of working as well as high flexibility
• Assertiveness paired with diplomatic skills
• Knowledge of our corporate languages German and English, as well as other European languages would be an advantage

If your profile meets the requirements of the advertised position, there is the possibility of an annual salary combined with a fixed salary and a bonus above 100,000 gross (based on full-time employment). The actual gross salary depends on education, relevant work experience and qualification.
