Back Office Sales

The Sales Back Office is the supporting force of our Key Account Managers and is responsible for the communication with our clients via mail and telephone, the order coordination between the internal departments and for the processing of tenders. The checking of invoices and credit notes as well as the booking of business trips and the following control of the travel costs complete the profile of our Sales Back Office Assistants.

The duties of the Back Office

  • Processing of tenders
  • Coordination of price quotations
  • Customer reportings
  • Accepting, forwarding and monitoring orders
  • Address marketing
  • Filing Key Accounts
  • Monitoring of Key Account contracts
  • Master data maintenance
  • Booking and cost controlling of business trips
