By providing an extended control and coordination concept, the Controlling department supports the Management Board when it comes to success-oriented planning and realisation of strategic activities.
Our Controlling department sets up and maintains the management processes to define strategic goals as well as to plan and control internal processes. Therefore, they are responsible for the monitoring of the cost efficiency of our company.
In monetary and organisational terms of the company, the Controlling department is also responsible for the process and weak point analysis of all aspects of the company and consequently takes measures in order to optimize these processes.

The duties of the Controlling department

  • Reportings
  • Comparison of target and actual figures, variance analysis
  • Informing the Management Board regarding KPIs and operating figures
  • Costing, analysis of traffic flows, operational controlling
  • Monitoring of measures
  • Coordination of the planning and budgeting processes
  • Calculation of profitability
  • Merging of partial plannings and subgoals to an overall plan
