Key Account Management

Our Key Account Management is responsible for the support of existing customers as well as for the acquisition of new customers. Analysing and monitoring of our target markets will allow you to support strategies for the development of our market position. Target-oriented sales activities, ranging from a simple telephone and video conference to meetings and negotiations with our international customers, contributing to the expansion of our businesses. The negotiation of conditions and logistic contracts complete the profile of our Key Account Managers.

The duties of a Key Account Manager

  • Acquisition of new direct clients within the target area
  • Advising the responsible parties when it comes to fixing prices and conditions
  • Support and development of existing direct customers in the target area
  • Acquisition via telephone
  • Visiting customers with the goal to acquire and support them
  • Planning, preparation, realisation, documentation and budgeting of business trips
  • Negotiating attractive prices, price increases, contracts, payment conditions
  • External complaint management
  • Budgeting for own clients, continuous budget and contract monitoring
  • Tender management
  • Full data maintenance of all clients
  • Documentation of all important sales activities
  • Informing team members about potential clients in their target areas
